OZARKS provides a range of products for all catering needs. We specialize in outdoor BBQs, luncheons, weddings, staff parties and "in-house" entertaining.
OZARKS menus are centered on our capability to provide "slow cooking" to prime meat products.
We cook these products in "SOUTHERN BBQ" style with a mild overtone of natural smoke, or regular with no smoke flavour.
